HEALTH DIARY
'BE AWARE OF YOUR HEALTH ENVIRONMENT'
Health Diary is a video diary tool to capture teens everyday eating and physical habits through a guided template and provides a web platform for discussion, comparison and awareness for healthier behavioral change. The application has been designed to create geo-located mobile narratives and social network for obesity prevention. The project is implemented in collaboration with Tufts Community Center and Boston Youth Essential Organization as a part of their Obesity Prevention Program.
The project had a wide interest shown by nutritionist and community leaders to promote healthy lifestyles. The extended version of the project has been accepted in EU FP7, prestigious European Union project for 5 years development of Europe on personalized health, active aging and independent living concept.
My Role:
Project Designer. Defined user model, user interface, develop interaction flows and wireframes for both mobile and web platform. Prepared reports and couhes docs for usability studies with human subjects.
